This quick call gives us a chance to go over your session type, vision, location ideas, preferred date, timeline, and any specific shots or details you want captured. Whether you need portraits, family photos, branding images, engagement photos, event coverage, real estate photos, or something custom, this call helps me understand the full scope of what you need.
The consultation can be done by phone or video call. There is no charge for the call, and it is the first step toward getting an accurate quote based on your actual session needs.

During the consultation, we’ll go over the details of your session so I can provide a quote that fits the work involved.
Because every session is different, pricing may vary based on the type of shoot, location, time needed, number of final images, editing requirements, travel, and any additional requests. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all price, I’ll give you a quote based on what your session actually requires.
By the end of the call, you’ll know what is included, what the total cost will be, and what the next steps are if you decide to move forward.

Once we agree on the session details, date, time, and quote, you’ll receive an invoice to officially move forward.
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your discussed date and time. This deposit is applied directly toward your final session cost, so it is not an extra fee. Your session date is not considered booked until the deposit has been paid.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled session date and must be paid in full before the session takes place.
This process keeps scheduling clear, protects your reserved time, and makes sure everything is confirmed before shoot day.
